ARTICLE 3 - ACCESS TO PRO ENTREPRISES SERVICE - ACCOUNT OPENING

Creating an Account requires the communication of certain personal data allowing its identification, collected and stored in accordance with the detailed terms and conditions in the personal data usage policy accessible on the Site. When opening this Account, the User undertakes to provide only accurate information and to inform Pro Entreprises without delay of any changes concerning them.
3.3. To access their Account, the User must use the username and password created when opening the Account. The Subscriber undertakes to keep them secret and not to disclose them to any third party. The Subscriber's Account is reserved for strictly personal use. When using the Service, the Subscriber declares that they are acting in a professional capacity. The Subscriber undertakes never to allow a third party to use their subscriber account on their behalf or on their behalf, except at their own risk.

Regarding the Documents, the User is solely responsible for the searches for Documents and/or information that he/she performs, as well as for the direct or indirect consequences of the use of the Documents and/or information obtained in this way. In this regard, it is the User's responsibility, in particular, to use the Documents ordered by him/her and/or the information to which he/she has access in accordance with the applicable regulations. In no event shall ACCESSNET MEDIA LIMITED be liable for any damage of any kind resulting from the User's use of such Documents and/or information.
8.2. The User undertakes to use the Site's features in accordance with their intended purpose and not to divert their purposes through inappropriate use. More generally, the User undertakes to use the Site in good faith. 8.3. In the event of a User's violation of any of his/her obligations under these TCU and GCAs, ACCESSNET MEDIA LIMITED reserves the right to suspend the User's access to the Site and/or terminate the User's account. In addition, the User undertakes to indemnify ACCESSNET MEDIA LIMITED and Pro Entreprises against any claims, demands, and/or actions of any kind resulting from any violation by the User of these TCU and GCAs.
8.4. ACCESSNET MEDIA and Pro Entreprises cannot be held responsible for the non-functioning, inability to access, or malfunction of the services of Users' internet service providers and/or the internet network. The same applies to all external causes to Pro Entreprises. In this context, the User declares to be well informed of the intrinsic characteristics of the internet, in particular, (i) that the transmission of information on the internet only benefits from relative reliability, as this information circulates on heterogeneous networks with various characteristics and capacities, which are sometimes saturated at certain times of the day and may affect download times or accessibility to information; (ii) that the internet is an open network and, consequently, the information it conveys is not protected against the risks of diversion, intrusion into its system, hacking of data, programs, and files from its system, contamination by computer viruses; and (iii) that it is his responsibility to take all appropriate measures to protect the data, files, or programs stored in his system from contamination by viruses and attempts to intrude into his system.
8.5. ACCESSNET MEDIA in no way assumes responsibility for the data and/or information produced on its Site and/or for the accuracy and/or completeness of the Documents and/or information contained therein.
